It takes a team of dedicated volunteers to make sure our organization is reaching out to as many communities as it can so vets everywhere have access to our assistance. We're fortunate to have some of the best dedicating their time, energy, and expertise to our cause.

Mike O'Dell
Founder & President
Mike O’Dell is our Founder and President of Hillsborough County Veterans Helping Veterans. He has dedicated many years to serving our Veteran community in numerous Veteran Service Organizations in a variety of leadership roles.

Susi Martinez
Vice President
Susi Martinez is our Vice President, acting as Mike’s all around assistant. Susi is a Retired Air Force Disabled Veteran who continues to serve in many capacities in our community to ensure timely aid is provided to her fellow veterans and their families.

Hardam Tripathi
Public Relations
Hardam has served multiple stints with Federal agencies and State government, focusing on international and criminal legal issues related to the national security of the United States. Hardam has dedicated his work in public service to serve as an advocate for veterans in the community and will be joining the U.S. Army JAG Corps upon passing the Bar Exam.

Catherine Gerolimatos
Board Member
Catherine "Cathy" Gerolimatos is a New York native who settled in the Tampa area following her retirement from the United States Navy and acquiring her Bachelor of Science Degree from San Diego State University. She is a member of or holds office in several local area veterans' organizations.

Ray Kruelskie
Treasurer
Ray Kruelskie is a 27 year Air Force Veteran, former helicopter pilot.
He served in combat in DESERT STORM, Kosovo, and ENDURING FREEDOM, as well as other assignments around the world.

Vince Cardella
Board Member
A native of Brooklyn, NY, Vince is a Navy Vietnam Veteran having served in Vietnam on staff Commander US Seventh Fleet 1968-1969. He is also a lifetime member of Vietnam Veterans of America Hillsborough Chapter 787.
